That's my goal.
I'd like to lose 40 pounds by the time I turn 40. That date is fast approaching. I have about 15 weeks left.
This is my last ditch effort to "go public" and try to keep myself accountable.
In ten days I've walked 30 miles and lost 3.5 lbs. That's not quite the progress I would like for my first week, but I feel good and seem to have more energy. I suppose if I maintain that rate each week, I'll be on target.
I'm not posting any before photos. Maybe, if I'm successful, I'll post an after photo in February. If unsuccessful, maybe I'll end up measuring 40" X 40".
